The Opportunity: PaperShare is looking for a Site Producer for its Virtualization and Cloud Computing site. In this role, the Producer will do the following:
- Mange and encourage site activity on a daily basis
- Study analytics about the site to determine best practices that can be used by our customers
- On-board new customers onto the site and be in frequent contact with them to ensure they are getting the best possible value
- Support and interact with our end-users and collect their feedback
- Develop marketing programs to encourage more users to join the site
- Provide feedback to our development team based on bug reports and suggestions from users

Skills Needed:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years experience in software and technology marketing/sales
- Great social and communication skills for both the real world and the virtual world
- Ability to work with customers
- Organized, attention to details
- Deep knowledge of social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and Search
- Good knowledge of marketing
- Deliver outstanding product demos, with ability to resolve a variety of customer issues
- Understanding of the virtualization and cloud computing industry
- Passion for what you're working on
- Cheerful and enthusiastic attitude with a good sense of humor and a willingness to learn
- Strong ability to deal with uncertainty in creative ways
